Fruit smoothies are not a new idea.
A lot of people like them and they’re one of my favourite drinks.
Here’s how to make one.
Wash the fruit 1.
Get a cup of water and soak the fruit for 30 seconds in it. 2.
Combine the water with ice cubes and mix it well.
Put the fruit in the freezer and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
Bring it to room temperature and blend it with a blender.
Pour the fruit juice into the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream or yogurt. 7. Enjoy!
