The study, led by Dr. David J. O’Connell, professor of nutrition at the University of Oxford, looked at the health effects of consuming fruit juices containing up to 15% protein and 10% fat.

Dr. O’,Connell said the fruit juice is a potent cocktail, containing a range of healthy ingredients that could contribute to better health.

“It is possible to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by drinking a drink containing more fruit and vegetables than we currently consume,” Dr. O said.

“If you eat enough fruit juice for every day you consume, you should be able to achieve an average of five to seven servings per day.”

Dr. David O’Donnell, director of the Nutrition Obesity Clinic at the Department of Nutrition at the Royal College of Physicians in London, said the study was significant because it showed that the benefits of eating more fruit than we consume could be outweighed by the risks.

“The findings indicate that it is possible for a large group of people to reduce their risk of coronary heart disease by consuming as little fruit as possible, and they also suggest that, if you eat too much fruit, the risk for death from coronary heart diseases may increase,” Dr O’Donoghue said.

“We are not talking about eating a few slices of avocado a day or a few orange slices a day, but it’s still very important to take care of your health, particularly if you have chronic conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes.”

“Dr O’Connor said that the fruit cocktail theory may have practical implications for reducing obesity, which can be prevented with the right diet.”
